A Vision for Fontana's Future.
A Vision for All.

“I’ve worked across the country to fight for justice, but Fontana has always been home. I’m ready to serve my city — and lead it forward, together.”

— Joz Sida

 My Vision for Fontana

I’m running for Mayor because I believe Fontana deserves leadership that puts people first — not warehouses, not corporate greed, but the families, workers, and communities that make this city home. My platform is rooted in justice, dignity, and opportunity for all.

Community Safety

Every resident deserves to feel safe in their neighborhood. That means safety rooted in trust, transparency, and accountability. We must invest in:

  • Violence prevention programs that address root causes.

  • Mental health services and crisis response teams.

  • Partnerships between police and the community, built on mutual respect.

Safety in Fontana should mean more than policing — it should mean healthy communities where families can thrive.

Affordable Housing

Fontana has seen massive growth, but too often that growth has benefited corporations, not residents. We need affordable housing policies that put people before warehouses:

  • Build homes that working families, seniors, and young people can actually afford.

  • Hold developers accountable for meeting community needs, not just corporate profits.

  • Protect neighborhoods from displacement and gentrification.

Everyone deserves the dignity of a safe, stable, affordable home in the city they love.

.

 Inclusive Governance

City Hall should belong to the people. That means governance that is open, inclusive, and reflective of all Fontana residents:

  • Transparency in decision-making.

  • Accessibility for non-English speakers and working families.

  • True community engagement before major projects are approved.

Every voice in Fontana matters — and our government should prove it by listening.

 Immigrant Rights & Human Dignity

Our city is strongest when every family feels safe and respected. I will champion immigrant rights by:

  • Protecting and expanding sanctuary city policies.

  • Standing against ICE raids and family separations.

  • Ensuring equal access to services and opportunities for all.

Fontana should be a place where immigrant families can build their lives with dignity, without fear — because when we protect our most vulnerable, we protect us all.

Join us in building a Fontana that works for everyone.
Together, we can create a city rooted in safety, housing, inclusion, and dignity.

Winds carry the whispers of change.
